Bristol-Myers Squibb Biological Facility (Pharmaceutical Facilities)

This Biological Facility project comprises an approximate area of 325,201 Square feet. This construction building project contains a three-level main manufacturing building connected to a two-level laboratory and an office building with a cafeteria. It is usually a separate support building that includes a warehouse, joint utility building, separate chemical storage building, and two different guardhouses. VTI Consultants has managed to develop this comprehensive schedule for a startup and FDA licensing. We also serve as a separate liaison between the other parties, including the owner and project managers. We managed this project to deliver the expert CPM Scheduling and Construction Consulting Services to complete this project on time and within budget.
